Vergrow is a second-generation family business born from over 25 years of deep involvement in the coir industry. Officially established in 2023, Vergrow represents a new chapter that combines traditional wisdom with a forward-thinking approach to sustainable agriculture.
Our company specializes in manufacturing and exporting high-quality coco peat substrates and coir-based growing mediums that support modern horticulture and hydroponics worldwide. With roots firmly planted in Pollachi, Tamil Nadu, we are proud to deliver products that reflect the richness of our land and our commitment to innovation and sustainability.
Our Region
Located on the outskirts of Pollachi, a region famed for its lush coconut plantations and proximity to the Western Ghats, Vergrow benefits from an ideal environment for sourcing superior coconut husks. The area’s dual monsoon rains and tropical climate help produce coconuts that are rich in natural fibers and minerals.
This abundant local supply allows us to maintain strict quality control right from raw husk collection to final packaging. Every cocopeat block, grow bag, or chip blend we manufacture carries the essence of our region — fresh, fertile, and full of life
Our Infrastructure
Our state-of-the-art processing facility in Pollachi is purpose-built to support international quality standards and large-scale production. Surrounded by coconut plantations, our infrastructure is built for efficiency, hygiene, and sustainability.

- A 100,000 sq. ft. covered drying yard for year-round production
- Multiple production units specializing in coco peat and coir chip processing
- Dedicated ageing, washing, and curing yards over 10 acres
- Advanced, semi-automated machinery designed to preserve structure and minimize contamination
- An in-house quality control lab and pilot greenhouse for testing and innovation

Logistics and Fulfilment
Vergrow manages all internal logistics, including husk collection, processing, movement, and coordination with export partners. Our proximity to Tuticorin port and access to all major Indian ports ensure flexible, timely global shipments.
